Registration

If you have not purchased at our auctions before you will need to register for a paddle number, once assigned this will not change and can be used at all our auctions.
If you are not known to us we require photographic ID and proof of address to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.

How to Bid

Saleroom bidding
When bidding in the room please make your bid clear to the auctioneer

Live bidding
We now offer online bidding at easyliveauctions.com.
You must register with them to participate, then you can sit at home, listen to the auction and bid live.

Telephone bidding
Is available on lots estimated £50 or over (General sales) £200 or over (vehicle sales)
Complete the bidding form to book your telephone bid and we will call you just before your lot comes up.

Book bid
If you are unable to attend the auction you can leave a commission book bid on the lot you are interested in. Simply complete a bidding form and enter your maximum bid.

Payment

After the sale is completed payment of lots can be made by BACS, Debit Card, Cheque, Credit Card. NO CASH

All sales are by catalogue with estimates and photographs available.

Steps to selling

Telephone or email for a valuation.
Deliver your items to the saleroom or we can arrange collection
Suppliers items are catalogued, photographed and posted on the website.
Collectors and specialist dealers are informed of your lots.
After the auction is completed all suppliers receive an invoice detailing sale prices less charges and receive a BACS payment

Don’t throw anything away, its amazing what people collect

• Contact us to arrange an appointment.
• We will inspect the contents free of charge and advise what we can sell.
• The house is cleared and all saleable items are transported to our secure store, UN-saleable items are disposed of.
• All supplier receive a pre-sale advice detailing their lots for the next sale.
• Suppliers will be paid by BACS direct to their bank account after the auction is completed. Any removal, tipping costs or other charges will be deducted from proceeds of sale.
